A compulsory module covers the honesty and compliance boundaries that protect both workers and the clients they serve.
Academy is organised as a progression. Early tiers build foundational and work-ready skills; later tiers develop specialist capability and prepare experienced members to become group leaders and trainers who carry skills back into their community. Learners move up as they build real, demonstrated capability.
