Before you begin

Who can register

Registration is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents who are single mothers — widowed, divorced or legally separated, with primary custody of one or more dependent children. You will also need a valid MyKad, a Malaysian bank account in your own name, and a Malaysian mobile number that can receive SMS.

What you'll need

  • Clear photos of the front and back of your MyKad.
  • A selfie holding your MyKad, with your face and the card both readable in the same image.
  • Proof of single mother status — a divorce certificate, a spouse's death certificate, or a court order. The name must match your MyKad.
  • Proof of your residential address, dated within the last three months and showing your full name and address.
  • Your bank details — bank name, account number and account holder name, in your own name.

How registration works

  1. 01

    Submit the form

One submission covers your details and your documents. Take your time — accuracy matters more than speed, and an incomplete form comes back to you.

  2. 02

    We review your documents

Our team checks that every document is legible and that the names match your MyKad. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance.

  3. 03

    Resubmit only what's needed

If a document is rejected we tell you which one and why. Documents already approved stay approved — you never start over.

  4. 04

    You'll hear the outcome

We notify you by SMS to your registered number, and in the app once your account is active.
